About the Author

I hope you enoy cooking and eating “The A to Z of Seafood” as much as i enjoyed researching the background of these sea creatures that in their own ways all make tasty dishes, this was the first time i have written about one of my favourite subjects “Food” but not my first bite at the writing game that happened quite a few years ago now when i wrote a book which i was lucky enough to get published and which was called “Garden Magic” it gave details of some of Englands beautiful gardens that can be visited and enjoyed by the public, in 2001/2002 along with two teachers i undertook voluntary work at our city museum researching and writing about the hobbies and interests of the local fenlanders who lived and worked in and around the city of Ely in Cambridgeshire in a bygone age, although to be honest the subject i chose to research “ice-skating” is still very much enjoyed during the winter months on the England rivers, our work was later featured as part of an exhibition at the museum, in June of 2012 i began work as a voluntary writer for the Ely Website, where i write out forthcoming events in and around the area, wonder what is around the corner next for me to explore and write about, best get my pencil sharpened.
