Sea Bass That Is
The Bass [sea] if European is found in the Atlantic Ocean, and the Mediterranean and Black Seas but sometimes enters the waters that lay around coastal areas and also fresh waters like rivers, it is dark grey in colour with silver sides and a white underbelly, it weighs anything up to 20lbs and can grow to well over three feet in length, it eats crabs, shrimps, mussels and snails, they can be baked, grilled, fried, steamed or poached.
Bass [Sea] with Carrots and Onions.
3 Cups of Water
Pepper to your taste.
3 Tablespoons of Butter
3 Medium sized Onions.
3 Carrots.
2 Sea Bass
Instructions
- [1] Peel and thinly slice the onions.
- [2] Peel and thinly slice the carrots.
- [3] Boil the water in a pan, and in it place the pepper, butter, onions and carrots continue to boil for fifteen to twenty minutes.
- [4] Place the bass in a baking dish.
- [5] Remove the pan from the heat and stir,
- [6] Pour the ingredients over the bass.
- [7] Bake in the oven for fifteen to twenty minutes, or until the bass is tender at 200C
- [8] Serve and enjoy
