The first all-glass undersea restaurant in the world is located 16 feet below sea level at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island hotel providing a 180-degree view of the waters. Ithaa’s specialties include caviar and Maldivian lobster, but the restaurant features an extensive menu.
Given the Australian craving for the sea, it’s a marvel nobody thought about this sooner. Western Australia’s Busselton Jetty is the country’s first underwater feasting experience, offering an eight-course menu submerged 1.8km out in the ocean.
Speaking of feasting, you wouldn’t expect less from Burj Al Arab lodging’s lavish eatery, Al Mahara in Dubai. The eatery is revolved around a gigantic floor-to-roof highlight aquarium. It specializes in seafood, the owner Nathan Outlaw’s claim to fame.

The Living Reef stretches 200m and holds 1.5 million liters of water in which marine creatures move around beautifully. And while technically not a dining place, the Underwater Observatory is accessible for up to 30 individuals at a time, where you can grab a bite and see an astounding marine display without a snorkel and blades.
