Hawaii is home to some of the best surfing breaks in the world and can be a surfer’s paradise. A surfing break is an object or permanent obstruction that forms a barreling wave or other wave that can be surfed. If you are looking to surf some waves in Hawaii here are some of the best surfing breaks Hawaii has to offer:

  1. Ma’alaea Pipeline.
    Ma’alaea is known as world’s fastest rideable wave in Maui. Ma’alaea means freight train, and breaks over a shallow coral reef. It is generated during large southerly swells. – – Website – –
  2. Banzai Pipeline.
    The Banzai Pipeline, also known as “pipeline” or “pipe” to is known for some of the biggest waves. Surfers are able to surf the waves that are formed from the large waves breaking over a sharp cavernous reef.
