Shuckers World Famous Raw Bar

Shuckers World Famous Raw Bar is a casual waterfront eatery that allows diners to enjoy the sun and the food while seating on the dock whether inside or outside. Among their famous dishes is the baked stuffed scrod that had Food Network celebrity chef Guy Fieri talking. He said that the dish “tastes bright and fresh and like the sea.”

The Wicked Oyster is known for the town’s famed oysters that are served on a half shell, as fresh as it gets. Their buttermilk-battered fried oysters are also something that has caused a buzz since they opened shop. According to Mark Bittman of the Sunday New York Times Review, the food at The Wicked Oyster is “honest, and someone is alive and awake and paying attention in this kitchen. You’d be as happy to eat their food on the Upper West Side as you will be in Wellfleet.”
