I will present to you the top three seafood recipes from San Diego, California. The first one is below and the others will follow over the next week or so. The great thing about these recipes is their simplicity. Who wants to struggle all day in the kitchen? Life is too short. Make this recipe and you will see why.

Pacific Fire Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Jumbo Shrimp, peeled/deveined
  • 2 C. White Rice, cooked
  • 1 lb. Salted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Tony Chacere Creole Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco Sauce
  • 3/4 Tbsp. Dried Rosemary

Directions

  1. Blend butter in mixer on low speed until soft.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat oven to 350 F
  4. Place shrimp in oven-safe casserole dish, spoon butter around shrimp
  5. Bake 12 minutes until shrimp is bright in color and cooked.

Dinner Time-Make It Look Nice
Your Choice

  1. Spoon rice in center of plate
  2. Place shrimp around rice
  3. Drizzle with butter and garnish with lemon and parsley.
