Fishing in PEI is amazing. Deep sea fishing is always interesting but here – even more so. Pick one of many charters – you will not be disappointed.
Try Joey’s Deep-Sea Fishing for a great family adventure. Whether you are experienced or not doesn’t matter – it is a gorgeous way to see the area, you can go on one of their Lobster trips or go fish for Cod and Mackerel – which they GUARANTEE you will catch! They have 2 ‘vessels’ and go out three times a day from Rusticoville Bridge. They also have a fresh sea-food restaurant conveniently located next to their deep-sea fishing booth! You just can’t get fresher than that!!
If you are looking for something bigger – you might choose Graham’s Deep-Sea Fishing and Scenic Tour –with Captain Marvin Graham. He has a 45-foot fishing boat and includes cleaning up your catch. Also an eclectic description of the area as you head out and on the way back in. A few fish-tales while you are out never hurt, right?!
If you have your sights set on bigger fish – try Tony’s Tuna Fishing!
Bradley and Tony are brothers and have incredible depth of experience Tuna Fishing. They will do their best to get a Tuna on your line and let me tell you – Tuna fishing is thrilling – in the truest sense of the word! It is a little scary and a lot exciting! These fish are BIG BIG BIG! Catching and bringing in a Bluefin Tuna is a ridiculous workout!! Ok not a chance I could bring one in on my own – leave that to the throne of the big guys, but helping (or maybe just having my hand on the rod) is really exciting!
Fishing is really fun –and PEI has a wide variety of options for you to choose from.
