How To Grill Lobsters

Grilling + Lobster= Delicious

Below is a great way to grill lobster

Ingredients

 

  • 1 live lobster
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 8 tablespoons softened butter (unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)

  • 1½ red chili flakes (crushed)
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
  • Lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper

Recipe

  1. Take a bowl and combine butter, garlic, parsley, chili flakes, and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper and mix some more. Set aside
  2. Split lobster lengthwise in the middle using a cleaver. Break off the claws and scoop out the tamale
  3. Take a baking sheet and put lobster shells on it. Make sure that the shell side is facing downwards. Crack the claws and pour olive oil over them. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a charcoal grill or set your gas grill to high. Turn off the burner on one side or push coals to one side. Place the claws and lobster halves on the heated grill, this time
    with their flesh side down. until they are slightly charred.
  5. Flip the claws and lobster halves over with a spoon and spread
  6. Continue cooking for up to five minutes, or until the lobster meat is tender
  7. That’s about it. Within 20 minutes, you can prepare grilled lobster using this simple recipe for two.
  8. Just make sure the live lobster weighs around one or one-and-half pound, especially if you are grilling it for the main course. And don’t throw away the shells, they can be frozen and reused for seafood soups and sauces.
