Food is something that soothes your taste buds as well as soul. There are multiple cuisines all over the world but something that touches my taste buds is sea food. I tried bunch of mouth watering sea food dishes all over New York and Florida and had a great experience. But what I love the most is cooking at home with natural herbs and ingredients and enjoying the natural juicy texture of fish with a glass of wine. I love to experience with fish and herbs trying to get better taste every time.I have tried multiple dishes with salmon, crabs and shrimp. But my favorite one is Lemon fish in garlic sauce. It’s full of taste and juicy texture. It’s so appealing and rich in taste that you just can’t resist yourself from eating a full plate.

Let me share my secret recipe with you:

Ingredients:

  • 4 tilapia fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 stick of butter
  • sliced lemon wedges

Prepare garlic sauce

  1. Take a pan and heat it.
  2. Pour a stick of butter in the pan and let it melt.
  3. Add minced garlic and pinch of garlic powder in it.
  4. Add salt and pepper as per taste.
  5. Squeeze half lemon in it.
  6. Stir this mixture and let it cook for about 10minutes.

Marinating a fish

  1. Take fish fillets and rub some olive oil on them.
  2. Rub garlic sauce on fish fillets.
  3. Add some black pepper and cumin powder.
  4. Pour 1 teaspoon lime juice on it.
  5. Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
  6. Refrigerate the fish for 1 hour.
  7. Take out fish from fridge and add little butter on it.
  8. Bake fish at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
