Beer-Steamed Alaskan Snow Crab

This is a very simple and fun pot of food for a gathering of friends.

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ quarts water
  • 12 oz. (one can) beer
  • 4 Alaska Snow Crab clusters, thawed if necessary
  • Cider vinegar

Directions

  1. In large pot, bring water and beer to a boil.
  2. Add Alaska Snow Crab
  3. cook 5 minutes, until well heated.
  4. Remove from pot.

Serve with shaker of Cider Vinegar and French Fries if desired. Makes 4 servings.
