Beer-Steamed Alaskan Snow Crab
This is a very simple and fun pot of food for a gathering of friends.
Ingredients
- 3 ½ quarts water
- 12 oz. (one can) beer
- 4 Alaska Snow Crab clusters, thawed if necessary
- Cider vinegar
Directions
- In large pot, bring water and beer to a boil.
- Add Alaska Snow Crab
- cook 5 minutes, until well heated.
- Remove from pot.
Serve with shaker of Cider Vinegar and French Fries if desired. Makes 4 servings.
