Mouth Watering Oyster Sliders

They Have Everything!

Chrispy, Briney, Tangy–Delicious

This is the second of a three-part series with oyster recipes for everyone. When in New Orleans or anywhere else that is famous for just harvested, fresh oysters, be sure to get some Oyster Sliders. They are simply fresh oysters that are deep-fried until golden brown, placed in a small and delicious bun and topped with whatever the delicious local topping is. The simpler the better because it is all about the Oysters.
Never forget that.
