Blue Crab Spaghetti Rocks!
Brooklyn has always loved the B+C Restaurants Group, especially places like the Smoke Joint and Hothouse. But these eateries largely catered to the appetites of chicken lovers.
Things took a turn in this regard at the Clinton Hill’s Marietta. The top menu item at the Marietta has always been the classic southern fried chicken. However, it’s blue crab spaghetti quickly became the customer favorite.
The blue crab spaghetti was the brainchild of Damien, Marietta’s chef. Since most orders (after the chicken that is) were seafood items, it was a no-brainer to go ahead with a special seafood dish.
Not to mention, Clinton Hill’s Marietta had become a weekend favorite, where people came for Friday/Saturday dinners and Sunday brunches. It was only inevitable that the restaurant started offering affordable, casual seafood.
Lo and behold! Peaches Shrimp and Crab is born.
While the design of the restaurant is largely unchanged, the menu has received a seafood makeover, offering scrumptious delights like tiger shrimp, lobster tails, clams, mussels, and crab.
The grilled sections include boneless butterflied porgy and blackened Atlantic salmon. And sandwiches are plenty, from crab cake with toasted brioche to the Alabama white Maine lobster club.

The atmosphere is vibrant, especially on the weekends. Although it’s not the best choice for you if you prefer silence while eating! Also, if possible, avoid going there with kids.
The staff is friendly and professional, and the majority of customers are pretty satisfied with the service.
All in all, Peaches Shrimp and Crab offers a laid-back approach to seafood dining, offering the best in contemporary American seafood while keeping the presentation simple.
