I am Italian and I can tell you that Italians love to eat good food. Who doesn’t? Anyway, Italians REALLY LOVE Good Food – usually in the form of a feast.
Growing up, and still now, Christmas Eve was and is my favorite dinner of the year. If you have not tried it – The Feast of Seven Fishes – you really should.
I have written 2 Italian cookbooks. The first is for day to day Italian food and the second is for a major Christmas Eve feast. I would like to give you both cookbooks at no charge. I have eaten this great food my entire life and always will. I hope you love this food like I do.
