Different Methods with Delicious Results
I absolutely love seafood. It is delicious and more times than not, takes just minutes to prepare a wonderful meal. Seafood is not my only passion. I love everything about the ocean, as well as grilling, barbecue and many other topics. Today, I would like to combine a very classic Italian seafood dish made in a skillet with a grillea version. Both methods are super simple and requires a minimum of the ingredients. The flavor is Maximized.

Next is the stovetop method. Also, super simple with minimum ingredients. This lemony shrimp scampi certainly doesn’t skimp on flavor. The classic Italian-American dish is prepared with plenty of garlic and butter, and this version gets the bright addition of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
