Love baked salmon? Now you can make chef-style salmon at home with this simple recipe. Here’s how to make stuffed salmon at home for yourself, family, or guests.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Spinach
  • Mozzarella
  • Parmesan
  • Cream Cheese
  • Garlic
  • Red Pepper Flakes

Directions:

  1. Take a rimmed baking sheet and line it with parchment paper
  2.  Take a skillet to wilt the spinach with garlic and spices. Remove from heat.
  3. Add the cheeses. Stir well. The mixture should be creamy and well incorporated.
  4. Now comes the stuffing part. Start by making small cuts to create a pocket in each small fillet. Be careful not to cut the salmon all the way through to the other side. Place the sliced pieces on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Stuff each fillet with the cream-spinach mixture.
  6. Drizzle the fillets with oil and season them with salt and pepper.
  7. Set the oven at 425F. Bake until salmon is cooked well. This takes around 8 to 10 minutes at the prescribed temperature. For best results, look for thick salmon fillets as these are easy to stuff. Whether you want to eat salmon with the skin is up to you. For this recipe, we recommend that you keep the skin on. This makes it easier to hand and stuff.
