  • Once cleaned, you will shred the meat by pounding it. You need to pound well, otherwise the conchs will be hard to eat and digest.   • Take a bowl to place the flour. Add eggs and mix well.
  • Dip each conch in the egg and flour batter.
  • Fry over medium heat for five minutes, or until brown.
