The Magical Hawaiian Islands

The Top Hawaiian Islands for 24-hour pleasure

It’s a huge choice to have to make – which island in Hawaii is the best one to visit. Why do people recommend a certain island? Which one is for me? It’s a difficult decision because they all have different attractions and charms – it depends on what you want to see and experience. But the top one, the most popular island in Hawaii is Oahu. Everybody knows and loves the famous Waikiki Beach, right? Even Olivia Newton-John sang about the ‘Waikiki Man’ from this romantic island back in the day. So many flights to and fro from Honolulu make Oahu a massive tourist attraction, with its wide array of non-stop entertainment.

The second sought after Hawaiian Island is Maui. Why? It’s got beautiful pristine beaches and magnificent climates; it’s as simple as that. This island knows what the tourist loves and that is snorkeling, helicopter rides, tours, exciting luau dinner shows. Hawaii comes alive in its traditional lavish feasts of music, dance and tropical delights, flavors, and fun. Golf, sports, spas, drives, the Haleakala Crater, and national parks thrill the tourist non-stop.

Kauai
would probably be number three; smaller, quieter, but becoming more and more in demand. It has all the excitement of the other islands. People come to see the natural wonder of the Waimea Canyon which is known to be the wettest place on the planet. No wonder it’s so green and lush.

Then there’s Big Island, also known as the Island of Hawaii. It might not have the typical long sandy beaches to walk along but a huge attraction is the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Walk through magical rain forests or lava-flow fields. See the lava erupting and flowing like it has been doing since 1984; it’s like a once-in-a- life-time experience. Big Island has the beautiful Hapuna beach, amongst others.

Get this – whichever island you choose, you are not going to go away disappointed, that’s for sure. They entice and tempt you to keep going back – these magical islands of Hawaii.
