All the sea food lovers just shout out for crabs. Crabs are relished for their delicate texture and sweet taste. They are opted over lobsters for multiple reasons. Crabs are cheaper in price as compared to lobsters but full of taste. Along with satisfying your taste buds crabs carry numerous health benefits. They are full of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Always choose fresh crab for cooking to enjoy natural flavor.

Crabs can be used and cooked in many ways. You can use them in salads, sandwiches or simply grill them with herbs. I always choose an easy way out. So, I use crabs in salads and sandwiches making some quick yummy recipes. It’s a best way to treat yourself with a tasteful and healthy meal at home without investing much time. I am a big cheese lover. I just love putting cheese in everything. My love for cheese and crabs always pull me to make my favorite crab grilled cheese sandwich. I can have these sandwiches for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack anytime. They are so delicious.

Let me share my Crab grilled cheese sandwich recipe with you:

Ingredients:

  • 2 bread slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • One chopped green onion
  • Half chopped tomato
  • Half chopped bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped crab meat
  • Salt and red chili flakes as per taste

Method:

  1. Make a mixture combining cream cheese, green onions, tomato, bell pepper , salt, chili flakes and crab meat.
  2. Heat the pan on a medium flame and toast the bread on it.
  3. Apply butter on both the slices and put crab meat mixture between the two slices.
  4. Now put some butter over the slices and place it on pan to turn crispy and golden brown from both sides.
  5. Take off your sandwich as it turns brown.
  6. You are all set to enjoy yummy crab sandwich.
